Obituary of Lonnie L. Kunert

Lonnie L. Kunert, 66, of Jackson passed away on Wednesday, September 27, 2017 at home surrounded by her family.  She was born and raised in Syracuse, New York and had lived in Howell and Jacksonville, FL before returning to New Jersey to live with her daughter in Jackson.  Prior to working as a private health aide, Lonnie was the owner of a medical billing company in Howell as well as a real estate agent for Century 21 in Howell.  She enjoyed sewing and crochet, but most of all she loved being a “Grammy” and spending time with her family. 

Lonnie was predeceased by her son, Gian J. Pace in 2010.  She is survived by her daughter, Audri Hankins and her husband, Paul of Jackson; grandchildren, Kailey, Kamryn and Travis; great granddaughter, Brielle Gianna Hankins; siblings, Joanne Palmisano and her husband, Frank, Victoria Wix, Fredrick Lenway and his wife, Sharon, Gregory Lenway and his wife, Fay, Amos DuPuy and his companion, Glenn Harper, and Juleen Lade; numerous nieces and nephews; and daughter-in-law, Jenna Pace. 

A visitation will be held at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road (Route 524), Freehold Township on Saturday, September 30, 2017 from 1:00 to 4:00 PM with her funeral service to follow at 4:00 PM.  Interment will be private.  For information, directions, or condolence messages to the family, visit www.claytonfuneralhome.com.
