Obituary of Dorothy Bradley-Gonzalez

Dorothy Marie Bradley-Gonzalez, 50, of Jackson passed away on Monday, March 12, 2018 at CentraState Medical Center, Freehold Township.  Dottie was born in Rahway, raised in Roselle and had lived in North Lauderdale, FL before settling in Jackson in 2009.  She enjoyed cooking, loved her food, and loved the ocean.  The two most important things in Dottie’s life were her family, and spending time with her “Peanut” Jessica and her “Boo” Danny.

She was predeceased by her father, John “Jack” Bradley in 1999; and her uncles, Ted Styka and Jim Bradley.  Dottie is survived by her loving husband of 14 years, Daniel Gonzalez of Jackson; daughter, Jessica Marie Gonzalez of Jackson; son, Christopher Bradley of NC; mother, June Bradley of NC; siblings, June Guarino and her husband, Jerry of East Hanover and John Bradley and his wife, Sandra of NC,; mother-in-law, Gladys Gonzalez of Elizabeth; brother-in-law, Hernando Gonzalez and his wife, Laura of Jackson; sister-in-law, Zulima Rodriguez and her husband, Frank of Elizabeth; her Aunt Dot of PA; nieces and nephews, John, Nick, Zach, Luke, Maria, Sonja, Natalie, Rebecca and Amanda; and Dorothy’s best friend Angela.

A Memorial Gathering will be held at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road (Route 524), Freehold Township on Sunday, March 18, 2018 from 2:00 to 6:00 PM.  Relatives and friends are invited to gather at the funeral home on Monday, March 19, 2018 at 9:00 AM for the procession to her 10:00 AM Memorial Mass at the Co-Cathedral of St. Robert Bellarmine, 61 Georgia Road, Freehold Township.  Interment will be private.  For information, directions or condolence messages to the family, visit www.claytonfuneralhome.com.
