Obituary of Gloria Davies

GLORIA A. DAVIES, 79, of HOWELL, died Saturday, Dec. 22, at home. Born in Neptune, she lived there and in Wall before moving to Howell in 2002. Mrs. Davies was a school teacher in the Neptune Township School System for 48 years, retiring in 1987. She was predeceased by her husband, David T. Davies in 1979. Surviving are two daughters and one son-in-law, Kristine Davies of Manasquan and Kim and Andrew Brice of Howell; a brother, Arthur Valente of Shark River Hills, Neptune; one sister-in-law and one brother-in-law, Marion and Bob Hepler of Long Island, N.Y.; and two grandchildren, Ashley Brice and Lindsay Brice. Friends and relatives are invited to attend her funeral service at noon Thursday at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road, Freehold Township.
