Obituary of Stanley R. Rogers
Stanley R. Rogers, 78, of Jackson passed away peacefully on Thursday, March 20, 2025 at home. Mr. Rogers was born, raised and had lived in Jersey City before moving to Howell Township in 1972. He settled in Jackson in 2012. Mr. Rogers was 3rd Degree Black Belt in the study of Isshinryu. He has spent most of his life studying this discipline. Mr. Rogers was a true outdoorsman, relishing in his time as a deer hunter and freshwater fisherman. He was a fan of the NY Yankees, had a strong opinion, and was always up for a good debate. His love for his wife knew no bounds.
Mr. Rogers was predeceased by his wife, Rosemary; daughter, Renee; sons, Robert and Anthony; and brother, Herschel. He is survived by Michael Rogers and his wife, Theresa; daughter-in-law, Kelly Rogers; seven grandchildren, Kaitlin, Courtney, Robbie, Nicky, Abby and Trevor, Mikey, and Christian; and four great-grandchildren.
