Obituary of Paul Arthur Wells

Paul Arthur Wells, 88, of Howell Township took his final journey home to be with his wife of 61 years Gertrude A. Wells nee Mason who passed away six years ago. The love they had for each other was truly one of a kind and he missed her so much. He was a proud United States Army Veteran serving his country from 1953 to 1956. Paul retired from the International Sheetmetal Workers Local #27. He had a love for traveling and took many trips across the country making many stops to visit family and friends. Paul loved his family, especially his great grandchildren and would love to hear their little feet running around the house. The family extends their heartfelt thanks to the staff of Brandywine Assisted Living, Howell for their longstanding care and commitment to Paul.

He is predeceased by his wife, Gertrude A. Wells; and son, Claude Wells; parents, Claude and Catherine Wells, brothers, Carl Wells and his wife, Nancy, Wayne Wells and his wife, Carol and Bobby Wells and his wife, Sharon; sister-in- law, Jeannie.  Paul is survived by his three sons, Paul H. Wells and his wife, Laura of New York, Glenn Wells and his wife, Nancy of Freehold and John Wells of California; grandchildren, Christopher and his wife, Laura, Joe and his wife, Ashleigh, Victoria, Jacob and his wife, Haley, Autum and her husband, Jason, Ryan, Kevin and his wife, Ashly, Michael and his wife, Pam and Kristina; eight great grandchildren, brothers, Sonny and Gordon and his wife, Lynn; many nieces and nephews and extended family members.
