Obituary of Danielle Angela Scarfuto

Danielle A. Scarfuto, age 50, of Manalapan Township, passed away on Thursday June 19, 2025 at Jersey Shore Medical Center, Neptune.

She was born in Bethpage, Long Island, raised in Brooklyn and Staten Island, before settling in Manalapan, New Jersey in 2015.  Danielle was a successful entrepreneur, colorist and stylist.

Although she was just 5 feet tall, her vivacious energy and compassionate nature made her a giant among us. She brought joy and laughter to all who knew her.  Her creative soul combined with her unbridled passion made up her extraordinary talents.

Her thoughtfulness, generosity and helpfulness were just a few of her many attributes.

She leaves behind a legacy of love, kindness and a sense of loyalty that will be cherished by all those who were lucky enough to have known her. 

Danielle’s spirit will always live in the hearts of her two children Thomas McDaniel and Brianna McDaniel of Manalapan, her parents Roberta and Jonathan Mailman of Cranbury, and her many Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and extended family. 

A visitation will be held at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road (Route 524), Freehold Township on Monday, June 23, 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM with her funeral service to follow at 7:30 PM.
