Obituary of Shawn Francis Montague
With great sadness, we announce the passing of Shawn Montague.
It is with broken hearts that we share the passing of our beloved Shawn, a gentle soul who brought love, laughter, and light to everyone around him.
Shawn was someone who accepted everyone for who they were. He was endlessly supportive, giving, and always ready to lend a helping hand. He found joy in life’s simple pleasures—riding motorcycles, cheering on his favorite football and hockey teams, admiring nature’s beauty, and most of all, spending quality time with family and friends.
He was the kind of person who gave his all to everyone. His sense of humor, warm heart, and unconditional love made him truly one of a kind. Shawn especially loved snuggling up with his loved ones and his dog Mercedes, creating quiet moments of closeness and comfort that we’ll always cherish.
He is survived by his loving wife, Nicole Montague; and his daughter, Adriana, whom he adored. He also leaves behind his parents, Mary and Shawn Monatague; his in-laws, Michael and Michele Massone; his sisters, Jackee, Sydnee, and Madeline; and his nieces Serena, Destinee, Kaylee, and Khloee, all of whom held a special place in his heart.
Shawn touched so many lives with his kindness and generosity. While we are devastated by this loss, we are endlessly grateful for the time we had with him and the love he gave so freely.
Rest peacefully, Shawn. Your memory will live on in all of us.
