Obituary of Margaret Laura Grebbin
Margaret Laura Grebbin, 84, of Manalapan passed away at CentraState Medical Center, Freehold Township surrounded by her loving family on Tuesday, September 2, 2025. Born and raised in Brooklyn, Mrs. Grebbin later lived on Staten Island before making Monroe her home in 2004. In 2019, she moved to Manalapan to live with her daughter. Mrs. Grebbin had a passion for watching the Food Network and was a whiz in the kitchen, but her favorite role was being "G-Ma" and "Grandma." She lived for her grandchildren and took immense pride in her family.
Mrs. Grebbin was predeceased by her husband, William R. Grebbin and her brother, Ralph Spano. She is survived by her children, Dr. Eugene A. Isola III, and his wife, Carolanne, Dr. Peter A. Isola and his wife, Eileen, Maryangela Ricciardi and her husband, Dr. Louis S. Ricciardi, and Mr. Joseph J. Isola and his wife, Pamela; she was also blessed with eleven grandchildren, Christine Accardi and her husband, Mark, Eugene Isola IV and his wife, Maria, Frank Isola and his wife, Hope, Jacquelyn Baliko and her husband, Greg, Emily Isola and her partner, Kevin Walsh, Stephanie Ricciardi and her partner, Kyle Knapp, Anthony Ricciardi, Melissa Ricciardi, Joseph Isola, Jr. and his fiancée, Laura Groh, Nicholas Isola and his wife, Vikki, and Andrew Isola and his fiancee, Bri Walker; three great-grandchildren and a fourth on the way, Veronica, Theodore, and Eleanor; siblings, John Spano and Peter Spano; and a sister-in-law, Helene Spano.
A memorial gathering will be held at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road (Route 524), Freehold Township on Saturday, September 13, 2025 from 12:00 Noon to 3:30 PM with her memorial service to follow at 3:30 PM. Inurnment will be private in St. Gabriel Cemetery & Chapel Mausoleum, Marlboro.
