Obituary of Gong Kui Chin

Gong Kui Chin, 84, of Howell passed away at The Manor, Health and Rehabilitation Center on Monday, September 22, 2025. He was born in China. He immigrated to the United States in 1959 with his mother and sister, seeking a better life and opportunities. Gong worked as a Stationary Engineer at New York Technical College for 23 years, where he worked tirelessly to ensure the smooth operation of the campus. Outside of work, Gong had a passion for gardening, flowers, and photography. He spent countless hours tending to his garden, capturing the beauty of nature through his camera lens, and sharing his love of plants with those around him.

Gong is survived by his wife, Hing Chi Chin of Howell; two sons, Jason Chin of Howell and Kenneth Chin of Howell; two sisters, Gem Chin of Manalapan and Jade Chin of Manalapan.

Visitation will be held at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road (Route 524), Freehold Township on Thursday, September 25, 2025, from 4:00 to 8:00 PM. Interment will be private.  For those who desire, memorial contributions in Gong’s name may be made to American Cancer Society, Post Office Box 6704, Hagerstown, MD 21741. 来自豪厄尔的龚奎钦(Gong Qui Chin),享年84岁,于2025年9月22日星期一在庄园健康康复中心(The Manor, Health and Rehabilitation Center)逝世。他出生于中国。1959年,他与母亲和妹妹移民美国,寻求更好的生活和发展机会。龚奎钦曾在纽约触手学院(New York Tentacle College)担任固定工程师长达23年,期间他孜孜不倦地工作,确保校园的平稳运行。工作之余,龚奎钦热爱园艺、花卉和摄影。他花费无数时间照料花园,用相机镜头捕捉自然之美,并与周围的人分享他对植物的热爱。

龚奎钦身后留下了妻子陈兴芝(Hing Chi Chin,豪厄尔人);两个儿子:陈杰森(Jason Chin,豪厄尔人)和陈肯尼斯(Kenneth Chin,豪厄尔人);两个姐妹:陈杰姆(Gem Chin,马纳拉潘人)和陈玉德(Jade Chin,马纳拉潘人)。
