I am very saddened to hear of the passing of Joyce DeProspo who was my religion teacher during my senior year at Saint Mary Regional High School many years ago.
She was also the moderator of the Decathlon of Knowledge, a Jeopardy team that competed against other schools in various competitions, that I was a part of.
She was a smart and dedicated teacher who always inspired her students and expected great things from them. She will be missed.
