Condolences
Stu.
Thank you for a wonderful three years at Alpha, and the years prior as colleagues in CKP.
I always felt we were friends first and colleagues second, and I learnt a lot from you, even at our “advanced ages”. Your kindness and thoughtfulness to all of your team always shone through.
You always spoke so proudly about your family, and it was so obvious that they were the centre of your universe. Devoted family man, professional work colleague and trustworthy friend. What more can be said?
Life can be so cruel. Taken too soon, missed by so many.
Rest well my friend.
Simon E.
Stu,
I still remembered that on the morning of December 5th, you were smiling as you sat across from me, patiently and meticulously explaining the different understandings people had regarding the alpha product list. You said, "Don't worry, we'll communicate further, and everything will be fine." Your kindness and your control of the overall situation will always be the driving force and support for our progress on alpha and for the entire team.
I am honored to have the opportunity to work with you in pass 7 years. You will always be great person we respect.I am deeply saddened by your sudden passing. Rest in peace, and may you find peace in heaven.

I was deeply saddened to hear of the passing of Stuart Rosenthal. I had the privilege of working with Stu at Federated Department Stores and later at USS. When I was first starting out in sales, Stu was a great coach and mentor, always generous with his time, guidance, and encouragement. He was truly a pleasure to work with.
We shared mutual connections through Columbus, Ohio and our ties to Lazarus Department Stores, which made our professional relationship even more meaningful. Stu was one of those shining lights—someone whose impact stays with you long after your paths cross.
My thoughts and prayers are with Stu's family during this difficult time. He will always be remembered fondly.

I had the pleasure of working with Stu on several projects a few years ago. I will always remember his respectful, kind, and considerate nature, as well as his exceptional professional expertise. It was truly a privilege to work alongside someone with such depth of knowledge and dedication. Stu will always be remembered fondly. My deepest condolences.

When you first met Stuart, you had a friend for life. I first met Stu, 20 years ago in Orlando where I interviewed him for his first sales position. No brainer, I hired him on the spot. I was very fortunate to work with Stu at USS, Alpha and Checkpoint. As many have mentioned Stu loved his family. I had the pleasure of meeting and getting to know Mary Lou, Ally and Andrew on three USS President Club trips. The trips included spouses, however Stu made sure to always bring Ally and Andrew. We had fun times and great memories in Hawaii and Europe. Although my heart hurts, especially for his family, Stu's wonderful memories and laughs along with the outpouring of condolences hopefully helps ease the pain and sorrow of losing Stu way to soon. Stu, you don't need to sharpen your golf game, as you always beat me, however, enjoy those wonderful golf courses in heaven. Rest in peace my dear friend, you made this world a better place!

Rest in peace! Stu!
Stu was a pleasure to work with and get to know. It was such a delight to see his smiling face and upbeat attitude. He truly cared about everyone he interacted with and wanted to get to know people on a personal level. Condolences to Stu's family, friends, and colleagues. He will be greatly missed.
Still hard to believe what happened... It is a big loss to your family and all the colleagues. Thank you for your guidance and supports all along to China team. You'll be never forgotten. R.I.P
Stu - Thank you for showing me how much you cared for your entire Alpha team. It was etched on your face, in your eyes and in your voice. Thank you for showing me how much your family meant to you. It was in the stories you told or the pictures you showed, when we were in the office or at customer meetings. Thank you for taking the time to share with me your background in retail and your deep, immense knowledge of the inner workings of the Alpha machine.
Most importantly, thank you for taking the time to see how I was doing when a kind, unexpected word was needed and offered.
In my opinion, the estimation of a man is what he leaves behind. You are a Titan.
God Bless You and Rest in Peace.
Heartfelt condolences to Stuart's family, friends, and colleagues. I'm sure I speak for everyone in saying that all of us on the Loss Prevention Foundation board will miss him greatly.
Checkpoint and Alpha are a big family and we’re all so devastated by Stu’s passing. Struggling immensely to find words and thoughts of comfort. Sending lots of love and hugs to the Rosenthal family.
I had the pleasure of working with Stuart for many years in the Loss Prevention industry. He always had a smile on his face and a friendly story to share. He will be missed. Sending our sincerest condolences to his family, collegues and friends.
I am truly heartbroken by this sad news. I had the privilege of knowing Stuart for over 20 years through LP Magazine and LP Foundation board meetings and as a fellow solution provider. Stuart was a man of true integrity and was genuine. He would always offer help if ever needed always had a great smile on his face, and was truly funny. He was a constant fixture at every show and event, and the Loss Prevention community will simply not be the same without him. He will be missed profoundly. My deepest condolences to his family, the LP community, and all who loved him.
Sending my heartfelt condolences to the entire Rosenthal family. I am so sad to hear about Stuart's passing. We worked together more than once, starting at Rich's in Atlanta where I also worked with his dad. I looked forward catching up with Stuart at the annual conventions. We always shared some good laughs and great memories. His presence will be missed by many. Praying that he rests in peace.
I had the great fortune to work on the Alpha team during two different stages in my life and to meet our dear friend Stuart, a very warm person and always intent on helping others, we shared very funny moments at company events in different US cities and even Mexico City. I send my most heartfelt condolences to his family and may they soon have solace for this so great loss.
Sincerely
Jorge Martinez
Although we never officially worked together on a project at Checkpoint Systems, I shared with Stuart multiple meetings and I always admired his passionate and loving attitude. He could be funny but always professional. I was shocked to learn about his passing. My thoughts are with Stuart's family. Wishing you peace and comfort.

I’m stunned and heartbroken with the loss of Stu. I had the privilege of working with him for many years and he was just such a great guy and great friend. He genuinely cared about his customers, his co-workers and his industry. But his biggest love was his family… and he shared that with everyone.
My deepest sympathy to his family, but I hope you’re comforted some by knowing how much he talked about you and how he beamed when he did.
Stu made a huge impact on so many and he will be so very missed.
Much love… Jean Ann Schutte
I am so sorry to hear of Stuart’s passing - I worked with him at Checkpoint and leaned on him many times for his support and wisdom. It is difficult sometimes for the family to understand how many people’s lives their love one touched. Please know Stu was one of those people that touched many lives and made the people around him better - Thank You for sharing him with us. May God bless all of you and I hope that soon the hurt and pain in your heart is replaced with the wonderful memories of time spent with Stu - He was a wonderful man and will be missed by many….John Beilfuss
It is with a great sadness that I offer Sandra's,and my, condolences to the Rosenthal Family. I had the opportunity to provide Stuart his first opportunity as a solution provider with USS. It didn't take long for Stuart to prove this was the space he would thrive in and become the utlimate professional he was. Always listening and doing what was right for his clients and team! Stuart knew how to balance his professional and business life as his obituary so clerarly reflected. Stuart and I enjoued many a golf games "on the road" and had the oppoertunity to spend some time with Mary Lou on some exciting trips as well. The Rosenthal family is a true American dream come true and respected by all.
Rest in peach Stuart! Your life was taken too short, but you left a legeacy behind! Well done my friend

I’m truly heartbroken over this. I have had the opportunity to work with Stuart over the last 25 years. He always showed up for people in a way that made them feel like they mattered. He had a great sense of humor, a sharp mind, and a generosity with his time that I’ll never forget. I’m grateful for the conversations we had and all the laughter we shared. All will miss him. Keeping Stuart’s family and everyone who loved him in my prayers during this painful time.
Dear Rosenthal Family, I had the privilege to work with Stuart over many years in the industry and am so very sad to hear of his passing. He was just the loveliest person, always so kind and such a pleasure to work with, a wonderful professional. I have lovely memories of visits to our company headquarters (Gap in San Francisco) to the last time we worked together at the innovation center in New Jersey he was always so proud of his work, team and the industry. My deepest condolences to you. Orlaith
My heart goes out to your family at the loss of a great man. Stuart is a man I admired throughout my professional career, and one who I considered a friend. The world is a lesser place without Stuart. I have many fond memories working with Stuart when I was at Bed Bath & Beyond. He approached his profession with passion and integrity, and with a sense of humor to make it fun to work with him, and make us want to buy! We all have lost a wonderful man, not only the Rosenthal family, but the Loss Prevention Community as a whole!! Rest in Peace my friend!!

When we lose somebody like Stuart it saddens us as we realize all he has meant to so many. Yet, in this moment I also remember so many smiles and memorable experiences Stuart created or was a part of in his life. As a business colleague I admired his professional energy and personally I will miss his competitive spirit and his love for baseball that we shared.
To you, his family, while we’ve never met, trust me you were always a topic of conversation as he loved the stories about all he shared with you. I know he was so proud of you.
All my best to you,
Steve
I was saddened to hear of the passing of Stuart Rosenthal. While we didn’t work closely day to day, he was always approachable, open to listening, and respectful of differing perspectives. He was clearly passionate about his work and carried a strong desire to win, which showed in how he led and engaged with others. Stu made a lasting professional impact within Checkpoint and the broader industry, and his presence will be missed. My condolences to his family, colleagues, and all those who had the opportunity to work with him.
My deepest condolences on your loss. I had the pleasure of knowing Stuart for many years. What a kind and caring man. May he rest in peace and touch the face of God.
A dear friend

Reaching out across the decades to comfort all who loved and will miss Stuart. Our families were connected years ago, when his beloved blue jeep blasted chords of Dixie down Cove Way and Traci and Lori were our faithful babysitters. The years and life have distanced us, but we send condolences and love to Alan and the entire family who will miss the warmth and security of their anchor.
