It was always Aunt Carol and Uncle Jimmy for as long as I can remember. Sunday dinners at Grandma Claps, dinners at Aunt Carol’s house, dinners at Aunt Jenny’s in Long Island. It was all about family always. Every childhood memory for Edith, David and I revolved around a family gathering.
I used to tease Uncle Jimmy and tell him he always looked more handsome if he was standing next to Aunt Carol.
I last spoke to her just before Christmas and her birthday. She sounded exactly the same as she always did.
I will miss her, but she will always be in my heart and prayers.
Camille, Edith and David.
