Elly Arnheiter, 85, of Millstone Township passed away on Saturday, February 28, 2026 at CentraState Medical Center, Freehold Township. She was born and raised in Schweinfurt, Germany and came to the United States in 1958. Elly had a love for her cats and gardening. She enjoyed taking trips to Atlantic City with her late husband, where she would always come home the winner. Elly was devoted to her life on the farm and found joy working with people.

She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Hans Arnheiter; and son, Hans Arnheiter, Jr.. Elly is survived by her son, Jack Arnheiter and his wife, Kathleen; 3 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; and was blessed with her extended work family that cared for her through it all.
