My husband and I were so lucky to have known Bill—our friendly, patient neighborhood pharmacist. Like many others in the area, we walked into his shop from our nearby home. The proximity, the personalized service Bill provided, and shared interests we chatted about were priceless. And Bill’s painless précision with annual vaccinations was unmatched. Please accept my heartfelt condolences at your time of loss. I was a customer of Bill's from early on. Bill was always there to help out and offer a smiling face. I became quite friendly with Bill over time and we shared jokes and stories frequently. Just last week I arrived at the store, walked to the entrance, and there was Bill, outside, getting some sun between duties, appearing happy. In all the many times I went into the store, he always addressed me as Mr. Lyons, never Marty, acting as the consummate professional. Bill's passing was truly a shock and I will sorely miss him.
