Condolences
Joanne & Family, please accept the love and deepest condolences from the Frodsham family. Our kids and parents had the pleasure to meet and spend time with Iain. Our family had the pleasure of Iain’s friendship, generous spirit, and lasting goodwill. As for myself, Iain will always be a cherished friend, incredible mentor, and golfing pal who showed me the world. He is loved and will be missed dearly. Please accept our love and support.

I’m deeply saddened to hear of Iain's passing. He was more than a boss—he was a true leader, mentor, and someone who made a lasting impact on everyone fortunate enough to know him.
I remember my interview with him and Joanne;they were both so warm and welcoming It was a true pleasure working at Century Distribution while Iain served as president.
My heart goes out to you, Joanne, and the entire family during this incredibly difficult time. Please know that you are all in my thoughts and prayers, and that his legacy lives on through the many lives he touched.
With heartfelt sympathy and deepest condolences,

To Joanne and family. Megumi and I want to extend our deepest condolence to your entire family. I remember having to meet to first meet with Iain before I was hired back in 1998 at Century and he was such a pleasant and welcoming person. It was his leadership that laid the foundation on which Century was built. I remember fondly how proud and supportive he was of his nieces and updating us on their cheering competitions. Iain was Megumi's first boss at Century and she was so grateful of his mentorship in our industry. Thoughts and prayers to your family. Megumi and Sean Murphy.
His vision built our foundation, and his legacy lives on in every part of Century.
Iain’s leadership, passion, and dedication helped shape not only a company, but a standard of excellence and integrity that continues to define who we are today. He was a true visionary whose guidance, character, and ability to connect with others left a lasting impression on everyone he met, building not just an organization, but a strong and enduring community.
Though he is no longer with us, his impact will continue to guide and influence us for generations to come.
We extend our deepest condolences to his wife, Joanne, and to his family, friends, and all who knew and loved him during this difficult time.
We are forever grateful.
The Century Family
I’m very sorry for your loss and sending condolences to all the family. Iain was the first person I met at Century in January 2009. I flew to Richmond for my job interview, and he graciously picked me up from the airport. I remember feeling nervous sitting in his office, but I noticed some golf photos and memorabilia. Having grown up playing golf, I mentioned it—and from that point on, many of our conversations over the years were just as much about golf as they were about supply chain.
Iain was a great leader and someone who was deeply respected in the industry. As part of our customer agreement, my 1st role was working at the Canadian Tire office in Toronto representing Century. Iain’s name was often spoken there—always in a very positive light. Am lucky to be still working at Century, a company that grown over the years to be one of the best in the business. Iain helped grow this and I know everyone that knew Iain, will continue to honor his legacy by growing even further this great company. I will miss Iain and sending my best to his family.

My condelences to the family. When I was hired in 1998 in NJ, Iain was president. I was a difficult hire in that I previously worked for a competitor that was threatening legal action around my hire. Iain was comforting and reassuring. I'll always remember that. He was also very supportive of my work and my personal issues, allowing me to work online at a time when that was far from the norm. I appreciated his wisdom and he always seemed so relaxed and friendly at the office. I will always have warm memories of Iain.
My best wishes to his family,
Chuck Conover
