Obituary of Lynn Robin Kass

Lynn Robin Kass, 74, of Howell, passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Sunday, April 19, 2026, at Riverview Medical Center, Red Bank. She was born and raised in Brooklyn and had lived in Lexington Park, MD before settling in Howell in 1979. Lynn enjoyed a long and successful career as a real estate agent at Coldwell Banker, Jackson for over 30 years. She found great joy in spending time with friends, especially during her biweekly mahjong games. Lynn loved to travel, care for her plants, and relax with a good crossword puzzle. She enjoyed crocheting blankets as well as coloring on her iPad. An avid reader, Lynn always had a book close at hand. She was a member of the sisterhood at the Congregation Ahavat Olam in Howell where she formed many meaningful friendships. Lynn could be found in the mornings with a cup of coffee in hand and relished her time eating her seafood, especially sushi and Maryland Crabs. She was a faithful wife, loving mother and adoring grandma, who never said, "no".

She is predeceased by her brothers, Brent Froehlich and Bernard "Bernie" Froehlich and her sister, Betsy Feingold. Lynn is survived by her loving husband of 53 years, Marvin Kass; daughter, Tracy Kass of New York City; son, Marc Kass and his wife, Maria of Bel Air, Maryland; grandchildren, Marco and Mila; brother, Roy Froehlich; brother-in-law, Dane Feingold; sister-in-law, Debbie Froehlich; many nieces and nephews and her beloved, Candy.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her 10:00 AM funeral service on Thursday, April 23, 2026 at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road, Freehold Township. Interment will follow in Wellwood Beth Moses Cemetery, 1500 Wellwood Avenue, West Babylon, NY 11704. For those who cannot attend in person, the family invites you to participate via Webcast, HERE.
