Obituary of Margaret Napolitano
Margaret Napolitano, 68, of Howell passed away on Monday, April 20, 2026, at her residence. She was born in Brooklyn and was raised in Staten Island before settling to Howell in 1987. Margaret was a dedicated homemaker who cherished time spent with her family. She particularly enjoyed planning family activities and cooking and baking alongside her husband, Rudy. Known for her wonderful sense of humor, she had a gift for making others smile and especially looked forward to her son's phone calls and jokes. In her leisure time, Margaret enjoyed visiting Atlantic City to play the slot machines.
She is predeceased by her husband, Rudolph Napolitano, Jr; three siblings, Leonard Nicholas, Denise Laddy and Uraina Nicholas. Margaret is survived by her three children, Joseph Napolitano of Howell, Rudolph Napolitano III and his wife, Eleuteria of New Mexico and Angela Napolitano of Howell; nine grandchildren, Joseph, Logan, Serenity, Mikaela, Mia Bella, Ashley, Anastasia, Autumn, Teresa and Gabby; four great grandchildren; brother, Theodore Nicholas; sisters, Veronica Nicholas and her husband, Kenneth Cuneo and Jerry Dono and her husband, Thomas; many nieces, nephews and extended family members.
A visitation will be held at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road (Route 524), Freehold Township on Friday, April 24, 2026, from 2:00 to 4:00 PM and 7:00 to 8:30 PM and with her Funeral Service to follow. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
