Obituary of Marcia L. Malcolm

Marcia L. Malcolm, 73, of Howell, New Jersey passed away peacefully on Saturday, June 13, 2026 at Brandywine Assisted Living. Marcia was born in Ithaca, NY. She was raised and had lived most of her life in Westfield. She moved to Howell in 2011. Marcia was a graduate of Harcum Junior College where she received an Associate's Degree in Library Science. She worked as a clerk at the YMCA in Westfield and at the Mountainside Library. Marcia relished her time watching game shows, playing trivia games and at the Seniors Exercise Class at the YMCA, Westfield. She enjoyed her trips to LBI with family and took great pride in crocheting baby blankets for every new family addition.

Marcia is survived by her siblings, Uma Malcolm, Valerie MacFie and her husband, Richard, and Robert Malcolm and his partner, Karen Webb; nephews, James MacFie and his partner, Geanna Barlaam, Brian MacFie and his wife, Jen, and Galen Malcolm; great-nephews, Nicholas, Charles, and Leon; great-niece, Lillianna; aunt, Margaret Smith; many cousins; and her dear friend, Jim Movelle.

All arrangements are private by Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road, Freehold Township. Inurnment will be in the family plot in Fairview Cemetery in Westfield.
