Rossiter "Ross" Mundy Jr.

March 30, 1967 – July 17, 2026

Rossiter "Ross" Mundy Jr., age 59, of Metuchen, New Jersey, passed away peacefully on July 17, 2026. 

Ross was a man who found his greatest peace and joy in the beauty of nature. An avid outdoorsman, he was happiest when he was hunting, fishing, or simply spending quiet time in the woods. His love for the wild was a defining part of who he was, and he shared that passion with those around him.

He is survived by his devoted children, Joseph Mundy and Tyler Mundy; the love of his life, Kristen Floeck; his father, Rossiter Mundy Sr.; and his brother and sister, Gary Mundy and Sharon Mundy. He was the proud grandfather of Adriana, Isabella, Sophia, Anastasia, and Christopher, who brought immense joy to his life. 

Ross was reunited in peace with his beloved son, David Mundy, who predeceased him. He leaves behind a legacy of love, strength, and a deep appreciation for life's simple pleasures.

A celebration of Ross's life at which family and friends will honor his memory will be held at the American Legion of Metuchen, 17 Calvin Place, on Saturday, September 12, 2026 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
