Obituary of Joseph K. Friscia

Joseph “Joe” K. Friscia, 95, of Freehold passed away on July 30, 2026, at his residence.  Joe was born in the Bronx and had lived in North Jersey and Florida before settling in Freehold in 2023. He served proudly in the United States Army and went on to be the owner of Ramsey Neon, Interstate Signs, and later Zebra Maintenance. Joe was also an avid boater who loved to sail and fish. Above all, he was the best husband, father and grandfather and always deeply involved in his family's lives.

Joe is survived by his wife, Rosa Friscia of Freehold; three children, Michael Friscia and his wife, Lisa of Franklin Lakes, Theresa Aziz and her husband, Sam of Manalapan and Patricia Friscia of Hightstown; four grandchildren, Davina and her husband, Neil, Daniel, Megan and Matthew; along with Joe’s sister, Patrica Westley.
