I’m so sorry to hear about Richards passing. I’m from Ireland and worked for Richard as an intern in Citigroup in 2006-07. He was a true gentleman and we remained in touch right up until his retirement. I remember fondly doing coffee and bagel runs (his treat as I was broke as an intern!) and him arranging a theatre outing for myself and other international interns. Anyway I know he passed some time ago but wanted to let you know he left a lasting and life long impression on me for his compassion and kindness. RIP old friend

The New York City Region (NYPD) of the International Police Association mourns the sudden passing of our former Honorary Member and Friend, Richard Kent. Our deepest condolences to you, Victor. Richard was a very special friend to both of us, and our hearts are broken. He and I (Fran) shared so many good times -- the reminiscing and ice cream sundaes after all the Connie shows through the years and so much more. Richard came with Julio and I on our IPA trips to England, Italy and Poland. The memories are too numerous to mention. We were so honored to have attended your wedding, and we are comforted in knowing that you both had found each other, which brought Richard so much happiness. Finding it hard to express how sad I felt when I heard of Richard's passing. I have many, many happy memories which include Richard and the days of traveling to all the Connie Francis concerts with our hard-core group of fans apx 30 years ago. Many became forever friends, Richard being one of the closest. Sending heartfelt sympathy to Victor and Richard's family. He will be missed.

Ric worked with Richard at Quest for Value in NYC many years ago, and had only a few months ago, spoken to Richard. We were so sorry to hear of his passing. He was such a great person and such a lot of fun, we have thought of him fondly over the years. We so enjoyed his company, his fondness for Connie and his mink coats!
