Obituary of Michael Coppa

Michael Coppa, 51, of Freehold Township passed away suddenly on Thursday, January 4, 2018.  He was born in Brooklyn and raised in Staten Island before settling in Freehold Township in 1996. Michael was a loving husband, father, son and brother.  His kids meant everything to him, and he will be missed more than words can say.

Michael is survived by his loving wife of 27 years, Deborah Coppa; children, Ashley Coppa, Michael Coppa, Victoria Coppa and Emily Coppa, all of Freehold Township; parents, Frank and Marguerite Coppa; and two brothers, Frank Coppa and his wife, Gina of Manalapan, and Stephen Coppa.

Visitation will be held at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road (Route 524), Freehold Township on Monday, January 8, 2018 from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 PM.  Relatives and friends are invited to attend his 10:00 AM Funeral Mass on Tuesday, January 9, 2018 at the Co-Cathedral of St. Robert Bellarmine Catholic Church, 61 Georgia Road, Freehold Township.  Interment will be private.  For information, directions or condolence messages to the family, visit www.claytonfuneralhome.com
