Obituary of Brenda L. "Skeet" Megill

Brenda L. “Skeet” Megill, 62, of Toms River passed away at Monmouth Medical Center Southern Campus, Lakewood.  She was born in Neptune and raised in Freehold and Howell before settling in Toms River 15 years ago.  Brenda was a dedicated worker at Spectrum Plastics in Wall for 38 years.  “Skeet” as she was known to friends and family, enjoyed bowling, bingo and playing cards.  More than anything, she loved spending time with her family. 

She is survived by her sisters, Sarah Megill, Mary Jane Price and Gloria Brown; and many loving nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, and great great nieces and nephews. 

Visitation will be held at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road (Route 524), Freehold Township on Wednesday, September 7, 2022 from 4:00 to 8:00 PM.  Relatives and friends are invited to attend her 11:00 AM funeral service at the funeral home on Thursday, September 8, 2022.  Interment will follow in Evergreen Cemetery, Howell.  For information, directions or to leave condolence messages to the family, visit www.claytonfuneralhome.com
