Obituary of Elizabeth Vanderveer

ELIZABETH E. VanDERVEER, 86, of FARMINGDALE, died Friday, May 30, at home. Mrs. VanDerveer was a life long resident of Farmingdale. She was a dress maker for Maidenform, Farmingdale, and during World War II made bomber jackets. She was a member of Pierce Memorial Church, Farmingdale. Surviving are her husband, William B. VanDerveer; her daughter, Carol Ann Russell of Belford, Va.; two grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Evergreen Cemetery, Farmingdale.
