Obituary of Cheryl Melchior

Cheryl L. Melchior, 52, of Belmar passed away surrounded by her family on Wednesday, October 29, 2014 at Jersey Shore University Medical Center, Neptune. Cheryl was born in Irvington and lived in Kenilworth before moving to Belmar. She was a beautician at All Cuts. Cheryl was predeceased by her father, Frederick Melchior in 2011; and a brother-in-law, John Brede. She is survived by her mother, Arline Melchior of Farmingdale; a sister, Charlene Brede of Farmingdale; two nieces, Christine Bieljeski and her husband, Michael Kollarik, Sr. of Kenilworth and Katelyn Brede of Farmingdale; a nephew, Robert Bieljeski of Morristown; a grand nephew, Michael Kollarik, Jr.; and her dear friend, Tom Sharpe of Manchester and his faithful canine companion, Napoleon. A visitation will be held at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road (Route 524), Freehold Township on Sunday, November 2, 2014 from 1:00 to 3:00 PM with her funeral service to follow at 3:00 PM.
