Obituary of Giuseppe La Rosa

Giuseppe La Rosa, 83, of Millstone Township passed away on Sunday, December 7, 2014 at CentraState Medical Center, Freehold Township. Giuseppe was born in Sicily, Italy and lived in Brooklyn before moving to Millstone Township in 2010. He was a baker at Cuccio Bakery, Brooklyn. Giuseppe was predeceased by three sisters, Paolina, Rosina and Livia. He is survived by his wife, Fortunata La Rosa of Millstone Township; a son, Francesco La Rosa and his wife, Sandra of Millstone; a daughter, Maria Curreri and her husband, Frank of Millstone; six grandchildren, Christopher La Rosa, Alexandra La Rosa, Katherine La Rosa, Francesca Curreri, Joseph Curreri and Jack Curreri; and four siblings, Stefano La Rosa, Giovanni La Rosa, Antonino La Rosa and Laura Curro`. Visitation will be held at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road (Route 524), Freehold Township on Thursday, December 11, 2014 from 2:00 to 4:00 & 7:00 to 9:00 PM. Relatives and friends may gather at the funeral home on Friday, December 12, 2014 at 9:00 AM for the procession to St. Joseph Catholic Church, 91 Stillhouse Road, Millstone for his 10:00 AM Funeral Mass.
