Condolences
Peggy....my aunt, my friend.... She shines on brightly in her family's hearts and lives and has inspired and empowered all those fortunate enough to be in her sphere of influence. Peggy's passion and creativity permeated everything she did. When we visited in NJ, we would talk, walk, laugh and usually paint or sketch. I didn't realize I could! Peggy always raised my confidence, awakened my creativity and spirit and pushed me (not so gently) to use and have faith in my brains and talents. What a gift! Peggy was 20 years my senior; however, she felt very much like my contemporary. She spoke very directly and openly to me (as no one ever had!)about life, love, family and "being a woman." Her sophistication amazed me! When I see her face in my mind's eye, I see a woman of such grace, elegance, beauty and authenticity. I have been so blessed that she has been part of my life! Love to all Boese siblings......Pat
My memories of Aunt Peggy were formed during visits with my family to NJ to visit the Boese family. Aunt Peggy always impressed me with her outgoing affectionate personality and the great style and grace which she carried herself. Lots of kids, & adults around in what usually seemed to me - great chaos at those group get-togethers - she was reassured, calm, in control and so very loving- and so very pragmatic in any situation.
God bless you Aunt Peggy and rest in peace, Love, Steve
Mark & Karen, I an sorry for your loss. My thoughts and prayers are with your family.
My dearest Peggy,
We met when our children Roger and Diane went to kindergarten together. Your maiden name was Wright and so was mine. We met for coffee to,see if we were related. We had so much in common that we never stopped talking. (And giggling) .I think we were late picking up our kids that day . Later, we got our husbands together. Jack and Howard...Peggy and Doris. What fun times! I apologize that I can't come to your wake. I had to give up my drivers license. ((That news story last night about the 92 driver in Wisconsin last night was sort of me). Diane offered to drive me, but I have a pinochle game. I still play a mean game of pinochle and I heard you still are a fabulous dancer. I hope to meet you in heaven so you can show me your steps and maybe I can teach you some pinochle? No matter what, II know we will meet again and giggle our way through our next life!
Love, Doris Bowden
What a rich blessing Peggy was to all she met along her way. Our hearts are with all of her family as you go through this sad time. This wonderful woman has certainly left us with some great memories and this world is a better place because of her time with us.
I was just thinking of your mom the other day. We were neighbors in her last home in Freehold and she was a great friend. We enjoyed taking long walks together or sometimes just sitting and talking and drinking some wine. She will be missed and always remembered fondly.
