Obituary of Jeanne Brown

Jeanne Brown, 90, of Freehold Township passed away with her loved ones at her side on Monday, February 23, 2015 at CentraState Medical Center, Freehold Township. She was born in Brooklyn and settled in Freehold in 1962 to raise her family. Jeanne was predeceased by her husband, George Brown in 1975; her son, John Brown in 2008; and her brother Anthony Barbato in 1975. She is survived by two daughters, Carol Signorile and her husband, Michael of Brooklyn, and Elizabeth Andrie of Staten Island; two sons, Charles Andrie of Howell, and Peter Brown and his wife, Donna of Howell; a stepson, Robert Brown and his wife, Joanie of Bayville; 14 grandchildren; and 22 great grandchildren. Visitation will be held at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road (Route 524), Freehold Township on Sunday, March 1, 2015 from 1:00 to 5:00 PM. Relatives and friends are invited to the funeral home to say goodbye on Monday, March 2, 2015 from 10:30 to 11:00 AM. Interment will follow at Evergreen Cemetery, Brooklyn.
