Obituary of Marian Maher

Marian P. Maher, 86, of Freehold Township passed away at CentraState Medical Center on Tuesday, February 24, 2015 surrounded by her family. She was born in Bayonne and moved to Freehold in 1997. She was an administrative assistant for the chemical division of BASF for over twenty years. Marian was predeceased by her parents, Harold and Selma Klotz; and her husband, James Maher, Jr. She is survived by her daughter, Maureen Kohler and her husband, George of Jackson; her granddaughter, Michelle Corus-Ratkowski and her husband, Jeffrey of Brick; her twin, Regina Donovan of Bayonne; and her sister, Dorothy Devaney of Bayonne; and many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road (Route 524), Freehold Township on Friday, February 27, 2015 from 4:00 to 8:00 PM. Relatives and friends are invited to gather at the funeral home on Saturday, February 28, 2015 at 10:00 AM for the procession to her 11:00 AM Funeral Mass at St. Robert Bellarmine Catholic Church, 61 Georgia Road, Freehold Township.
