Obituary of Robert Loudon

Robert C. Loudon, 85, of Freehold passed away on Wednesday, March 18, 2015 at Jersey Shore University Medical Center, Neptune. Robert was born in Manhattan, NY and had lived in Union City, NJ and Babylon, L.I. before moving to Freehold in 1971. He was an accountant for over forty years at AT&T, Bell Labs and Western Electric before retiring in 1984. Robert was a true father and loved being Grandpa Bob. He was an avid Yankee and Knicks Fan. Robert was predeceased by his wife, Mary Loudon; his son, Robert C. Loudon, Jr.; two brothers, Arthur and James Loudon; and a sister, Virginia Kelly. He is survived by his three sons, Christopher Loudon of Freehold, Brian Loudon and his wife, Jennifer of Asbury, Kevin Loudon and his wife, Dori of Jackson; one daughter, Joanne Loudon of Freehold and four grandchildren, Kylan, Jackson, Hannah and Thomas. All arrangements are private and under the direction of the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, Freehold Township.
