Obituary of Flora Priolo

Flora Rose Priolo, 53, of Freehold Township passed away with her family by her side on Thursday, May 7, 2015 at Staten Island University Hospital North. Flora was born and raised in Brooklyn and settled in Freehold Township 17 years ago. Her greatest achievement in life was her family; and she was most proud of her children's' pursuit of their dreams in education, the medical field and law enforcement. Flora was warm-hearted and welcomed everyone into her home. She was a loving wife and mother, and will be missed every minute of every day. Flora is survived by her husband, Frank Priolo of Freehold Township; her daughter, Ann Marie Priolo of Staten Island; and two sons, Thomas Priolo and his fiancée, Nicole O'Leary, and Frank Priolo, Jr., all of Freehold Township; her mother, Vivian DeFeo of Staten Island; her sister, Ann Marie Caiazza and her husband, John of Sayreville; her mother-in-law, Anna Priolo of Brooklyn, NY; and her four dogs, Rosie, Boston, Petie and Amia. Visitation will be held at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road (Route 524), Freehold Township on Monday, May 11 and Tuesday, May 12, 2015 from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 PM. Relatives and friends are invited to gather at 9:00 AM at the funeral home on Wednesday, May 13, 2015 for the procession to her 10:00 AM Funeral Mass at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church, 16 McLean Street, Freehold.
