Obituary of Anna Hillers

Anna M Hillers, 91, of Howell passed away on Tuesday, June 23, 2015 at Leisure Park, Lakewood. Anna was born and raised in Brooklyn and had lived in Queens prior to settling in Freehold Township in 1987. She worked as a sales clerk at Macy's in Herald Square for over 40 years. Anna was a member of the Silvermead Community Club and a bocce champion. An avid gardener, she enjoyed ceramics, painting, and feeding the birds. Anna was predeceased by her husband, Norman G. Hillers in 2003. She is survived by her son, Kenneth John Hillers and his wife, Maureen of Freehold; two grandchildren, Alison Bruno and her husband, Steve of Smyrna, DE and Keith B. Hillers and his wife, Trish of Middletown; and two great grandchildren, Sean Hillers and Marissa Bruno. All services were private and under the direction of Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, Freehold Township.
