Obituary of Mikhail Popov
Mikhail Popov, 66, of Marlboro passed away peacefully on Friday, August 21, 2015, surrounded by his family, at New York Presbyterian/Columbia Univeristy Medical Center. Mikhail was born in Sverdlovsk, Russia and came to the United States in 1990. He lived in Washington, DC, Ohio, and New York before moving to Marlboro. Mikhail was a purchasing manager for Euroteck, Rumson. He was a devoted husband, loving Papa, and adoring, Deda.
Mikhail is survived by his wife of forty years, Tatiana; a son, Alexander Popov of Belle Mead; a daughter, Xenia Popova and her fiance, Aaron Lipton, of Ocean Township; and a grandson, Michael Popov.
A Pannyhida will be held at St. Alexander Nevsky R.O. Cathedral, 200 Alexander Avenue, Howell Township, on Monday, August 24, 2015 at 7:00 PM. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his 10:00 AM Funeral Liturgy at the Cathedral on Tuesday, August 25, 2015. Interment will follow in St. Vladimir's R.O. Cemetery, Jackson.
