Obituary of Almir Ceka
Almir Ceka, 30, of Jackson passed away on Sunday, September 13, 2015. He was born, raised and lived on Staten Island prior to settling in Jackson in 2001. Almir attended school at Our Lady of Good Counsel, Jackson Memorial High School and Ocean County College. He was a CO for the Department of Corrections at Garden State Correctional Facility in Yardville. Almir was the life of the party, a jokester whose easy going nature brought people together. He had the biggest, warmest heart and was the light of his mother's life.
Almir is survived by his parents, Januz and Ajka Ceka of Jackson; two sisters, Saranda Ceka and Liridona Ceka, both of Jackson; two aunts, Asna Fejzic of Wethersfield, CT and Hajrija Beba Durakovic of Clarks Summit, PA; one uncle, Neil Ceka of Staten Island; and his other aunts, uncles, cousins; dear friends and brothers and sisters-in-arms.
A visitation will be held at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road (Route 524), Freehold Township on Wednesday, September 16, 2015 from 4:00 to 10:00 PM with a time of reflection at 8:00 PM. Relatives and friends are invited to gather at 8:30 AM for his 9:00 AM funeral service at the funeral home on Thursday, September 17, 2015.
