Condolences
For some time helps to deal with our saddened hearts as we think about our dead loved ones. For many true comfort can be found in God's word the Bible. Such reliance can be the binding force which can mend our broken hearts. Please find such comfort in the following scriptures: Psalms 34:18 and Psalms 147:3.
Joe & Kim...We were very sadden to hear about the loss of your Dad. Please know that y'all are in our hearts and prayers. If there is anything we can do, do not hesitate to let us know. We love you! And know that he will be missed, try to focus on the wonderful memories you have and your families love for one another.
The death of a loved one can be a very challenging time for everyone in the family. Coping with a loss is difficult and at times overwhelming. For many Gods word is a source of encouragement. While I dont know your family I have experienced losing a loved one in death and relying on the hope the Bible offers has helped. For instance Phillipians 4:13 gives us the strength to continue enduring. We also have the hope of the resurrection found at John 5:28,29. I sincerely hope that these scriptures help you in your times of sorrow.
Please accept our sincere sympathy on the news of the passing of your beloved dad. Many fond grammar school memories of your dad race quickly through my mind like a "Tic-Toc" polka. I will always remember his "wink and a wave" to Nana & Pop Schafer on the corner of Smith & Rebecca and his snazzy white shoes and pants at the '70's sauerbraten dinners! May you find comfort in knowing that the warmth of his love will surround you always. God bless you and your family during this difficult time. Sincerely, Kathy

Dear RoseMarie & family, I was so sorry to hear of Nick's passing, it brought back some very fond memories of my short time on Smith Street when I moved in with Ethel & her mom so long ago, right next door to you and Nick and your family. Time truly does pass by so quickly, but there are still those memories of Nick's humor and those sarcatic comments he used to direct at Ethel, always out of love though. So much has changed since those years on Smith Street, but one thing will always remain the same, love of family, friends and life, and I think Nick was blessed to have had a wonderful wife and a loving family and network of friends. My sincere condolences to you Rosemarie, and Nicky, Joe, Michael & Lisa. I know you have many wonderful memories to guide you through this difficut time of sorrow. My prayers are with Nick and all of you! God Bless, Mike Chokov
Sometimes you think you are the most prepared.. lists made, budgets set, ahead of schedule... then you watch the person who loved you FIRST, slip away. A special heart stops, The world stops just for a moment, though it feels like a lifetime. Come to me Daddy, in my dreams. Come to me when I need you. Come to me when I want to celebrate good news. I got this -- because you are with me always.!
