Obituary of Zivota Miskovic

Zivota Miskovic, 83, of Howell passed away peacefully at Ocean Medical Center at Brick on Thursday, October 15, 2015. Zivota was born and raised in Markovac, Serbia. He had lived in Paris, France before coming to the United States, settling Howell, in 1970. Zivota worked for Brockway Glass Co., Freehold until his retirement. Zivota was predeceased by a brother and sister. He is survived by his wife, Mirjana Miskovic of Howell; his children, Slavica "Missy" Downey and her husband, Kenneth, Sr. of South Glens Falls, NY and Predrag "Patrick" Miskovic of Howell; a grandson, Kenneth Downey, Jr. and his wife, Natasha of Argyle, NY; a great grandson, Lucas Downey; and his brother, Zivorad Miskovic and his wife, Zorica of Serbia. A visitation will be held at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road (Route 524), Freehold Township on Sunday, October 18, 2015 from 4:00 to 7:00 PM. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his 11:00 AM Funeral Service at St. Mary's Orthodox Church, 316 Cassville Road, Jackson on Monday, October 19, 2015.
