Condolences
Fishing with Uncle John and my father just of Shwinburne Island in the lower part of the NY harbor. We came to what looked like a good spot. Uncle John climbed through the hatch to through out the anchor. For whatever reason, he went in with the anchor. You should have seen the look on my fathers face as he climbed to the bow. Uncle John popped up, laughing, eyeglasses still on his head. Fair winds Uncle John.
Jimmy,so sorry for your loss, your father will be in our prayers. Lou & Barbara Tomczak, Sr.
I have so many wonderful childhood memories of our Friday and Saturday card games of Hearts and Spades at your kitchen table, which certainly kept us crazy youths out of trouble. The laughter rings in my ears today. I will never forget the beautiful Chritmas eves at your home shared with your family and all of our friends. I am blessed to have known you and had you as a 2nd dad. My thoughts and prayers are with you and all of the Gallaghers.
