Obituary of Frank LoVacco

Frank LoVacco, 80, of Marlboro passed away on Saturday, November 21, 2015 at Applewood Estates surrounded by his loving family. Frank was born and raised in Brooklyn, and lived there until moving to Marlboro 11 years ago. After serving in the Navy, Frank went on to enjoy a career as a teamster at US Trucking, and then as a hi lo driver for McDonald Roofing. He loved playing shuffleboard and bocce ball, and donated his time taking care of the mailings at Deborah Hospital Foundation. Frank always did everything for everyone, never had a problem with anything, and treated everyone with love and respect. To know him was to love him, and his family will miss him every day that goes by. Frank was predeceased by his son, Frankie J. LoVacco in 1980; and by his son-in-law, John B. Fiorito in 2001. He is survived by his beloved wife of 53 years, Anita LoVacco, of Marlboro; two daughters, Dana Jo Piazza and her husband, Anthony, of Freehold Township, and Karen Fiorito and her fiancé, Jim Newman, of New Canaan, CT; four grandchildren, Frank Piazza, Amanda Piazza, John Fiorito and Anthony Piazza; his sister, Vivian Maniscolco; one brother, Camillo LoVacco; two sisters-in-law, Marie LoVacco, and Arlene Perino and her wife, Virginia Maccarone; and many nieces and nephews. A visitation will be held at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road (Route 524), Freehold Township, on Tuesday, November 24, 2015 from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:30 PM. Relatives and friends are invited to gather at 9:00 AM on Wednesday, November 25. 2015 for the procession to his 10:00 AM Funeral Mass at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church, 16 McLean Street, Freehold . Interment will follow in St. Rose of Lima Catholic Cemetery, Freehold Township.
