Obituary of Ruth Stansfield

Ruth Dorf Stansfield, 73, of Freehold, died Thursday, Sept. 25, at CentraState Medical Center, Freehold Township. Mrs. Stansfield was born in Freehold and was a lifelong Freehold resident. She was a registered nurse for the State of New Jersey at Marlboro State Hospital for 27 years, retiring in 1984. She was a graduate of the Clara Maass Memorial Hospital School of Nursing, Newark. She was predeceased by her husband, Francis W., in 1997. Visiting will be from 11:30 a.m. today until the funeral service at 12:30 p.m. at Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road (Route 524), Freehold Township.
