Obituary of Robert Senick

Robert I. Senick, 89, of Manalapan, died Sunday, Oct. 19, at home. Mr. Senick was born in Paterson and moved to Manalapan in 1978. He was a self-employed jeweler before working for Littman Jewelers and Fortunoff. He was a U.S. Army veteran, serving during World War II. He was predeceased by his wife, Helen, in 1975; and a daughter, Marna Belfatto, in 2004. Surviving are a daughter and son-in-law, Mardee and Alan Braverman of Freehold Township; six grandchildren, Chad Braverman, Jeremy Braverman, Heather Goldstein, Hali Belfatto, Kelley Belfatto, and Lori Belfatto; and seven great-grandchildren, Lia Braverman, Carly Braverman, Abby Braverman, Emma Braverman, Jolie Goldstein, Oliver Goldstein, and Tea Belfatto. A graveside service was held Monday, Oct. 20 at Congregation B'Nai Israel Cemetery, Saddle Brook. Arrangements were by Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, Freehold Township.
