Obituary of Wadim Fedorow

Wadim "Walter" Fedorow, 80, of Howell, passed away peacefully on Thursday, February 11, 2016. He was born in Russia and moved to the United States in the early 1950's, living in Arkansas and New York before settling in Howell in 1976. Walter served honorably in the United States Army and provided over 20 years of dedicated service as a New York City police officer. In his years of retirement, he enjoyed various hobbies with his friend of many years, Cynthia Bossard. He is survived by one son, Vincent Fedorow, of Maryland; a daughter, Theresa Heinzmann, and her husband, Gregg, of Freehold; two grandchildren, Casey Heinzmann and Connor Heinzmann, of Freehold; two brothers, George Fedorow, of Toms River, and Leonid Fedorow, of Newark; and former spouse, Brigitte Fedorow, of Brick. A memorial service will be held at the Brigadier General William C. Doyle New Jersey Veterans Cemetery, Arneytown on Tuesday, February 23, 2016 at 11:00 AM.
