Obituary of Francis Sherlotti

Francis J. "Frank" Sherlotti, Sr., 60, of Howell Township passed away on Sunday, March 27, 2016 at Monmouth Medical Center Southern Campus, Lakewood. Born in Manhattan, Frank was raised and had lived in South Brunswick before settling in Howell with his wife to raise their family. Frank provided for them doing what he loved, working as a mechanic and owner of House Calls. He loved to work with his hands and could fix anything, no directions needed. Known for his kind and generous heart, Frank would do anything for anybody, truly living by the words, "If you have nothing nice to say, don't say anything at all." He was predeceased by his parents, Louis and Irma Sherlotti; his sister, Laura Eckert; and brothers, Edward Sherlotti and Louis Sherlotti, Jr.. Frank is survived by his wife of 26 years, Patricia Sherlotti of Howell; sons, Frank Sherlotti Jr. and Bryan Sherlotti of Howell; sisters, Debbie Wuss and her husband, Mike of Kendall Park and Donna Keeler and her husband, Dave of Jackson; and many nieces and nephews.Visitation will be held at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton Adelphia Road (Route 524) Freehold Township, on Wednesday, March 30, 2016 from 2:00 to 4:00 & 7:00 to 9:00 PM. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his 10:00 AM funeral service on Thursday, March 31, 2016 at the funeral home. Interment will follow in Holy Cross Cemetery, East Brunswick.
