Obituary of Barbara Creekmur

Barbara Creekmur, 84, of Jackson, passed away Wednesday, Dec. 3, at the Bartley Healthcare & Rehab. Center, Jackson. Mrs. Creekmur was born in the Keasbey Section of Woodbridge Township and had lived in Iselin before moving to Jackson in 2001. Mrs. Creekmur was a sales associate in the Furniture Department of Macy's, Menlo Park, for 30 years retiring in 1987. She was predeceased by her husband, George H., in 2001. Surviving are one son and daughter-in-law, Kelly and Gina Creekmur of Advance, N.C.; two daughters and two sons-in-law, Susan and Peter Riemschneider of Manchester Township, and Lynne and William Reid of Jackson; one brother, Paul Toth of South Carolina; eight grandchildren, Jamison Panko, Nick Panko, Thomas Riemschneider, Scott Creekmur, Ryan Creekmur, Jonathan Creekmur, Meaghan Reid and Torrie VanSant; and four great-grandchildren, Kaelyn, Julietta, Kaleb and Bella. Visiting from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road, Freehold Twp. Friends and relatives are invited to attend her funeral services on Monday, at 10 a.m. at the funeral home. Interment to follow in St. Michael's Cemetery, Perth Amboy.
