Obituary of Michael Toros

Michael Toros, 58, of Howell Township passed away at home on Wednesday, October 12, 2011. Michael was born in Limburg, Belgium and came to the U.S. in 1953, settling in Philadelphia, PA. He had lived in Georgia and Avon-by-the-Sea, NJ before settling to Howell in 2008. Michael retired from the U.S. Army. He was predeceased by his wife, Nadja Andreev and a brother, Victor Toros. Michael is survived by his daughter, Theresa M. Jones of Jacksonville, FL; a grandson, Sebastian Brandon Jones; a brother, Timothy Toros of Philadelphia, PA; five sisters, Anna Marie Toros-Hansen of Egg Harbor Township, NJ, Helen Barish of Warwick, PA, Natalie Burushkin of Philadelphia, PA, Elizabeth Abuschinow of Barrington, NJ, and Christina Alameda of Reading, PA; and many nieces and nephews. Visiting at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road (Route 524), Freehold Township on Friday, October 14, 2011 from 4:00 to 6:00 PM. Interment will be private.
