Obituary of Carmen Tuma

Carmen J. Tuma, 69, of Colts Neck, died Friday, Dec. 12, at home. Mrs. Tuma was born in Painsville, Ohio and had lived in Mentor, Ohio before moving to Colts Neck in 1977. She was a member of the Jerusalem Farms Ministries, Jackson and also attended Monmouth Worship Center, Marlboro. She was predeceased by her husband, Sam C. Tuma, in 2003. Surviving are a son, Sam Tuma and his wife Kelly of Toms River; three daughters, Margaret Ann Stark and her husband John of Lakewood, Mary Threase Kelly and her husband Mark of Howell, and Sandra C. Tuma of Colts Neck; seven grandchildren; and three sisters,MaryJane Goblowsky of Columbus, Ohio, Carol Venditti of Painsville, Ohio, and Norma Sutter of Brunswick, Ohio. Visiting hours will be from 4 p.m. Monday until the funeral service at 7 p.m. at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road (Route 524), Freehold Township. Visiting hours will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday at the Ripepi Funeral Home, Parma, Ohio. A Funeral Mass will be offered at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at St. Elias Church, Brooklyn, Ohio. Interment will follow in Holy Cross Cemetery, Brook Park, Ohio.
