Obituary of Muriel Forman
Muriel Forman, 82, of Freehold, passed away Saturday, Dec. 13, at Leisure Park Assisted Living in Lakewood. Mrs. Forman was born in Brooklyn, N.Y. and was a lifelong resident of Freehold and Howell. She was a homemaker. Mrs. Forman was a member of the First Baptist Church of Freehold. She was a former Sunday school teacher, former member of the Pulpit Committee and the Cradle Role at the church.
Mrs. Forman was predeceased by her sister, Barbara Lane, in 2008. She is survived by her husband, W. Peter Forman; three sons and daughters-in-law, Peter and Betty Forman of Freehold, John and Janice Forman of Farmingdale, and Clayton and Michele Forman of Jackson; and six grandchildren, Peter and his wife Jennie, Brian, Jason, Matthew, Christopher, and Jeffrey.
Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. tonight at Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road (Route 524), Freehold Township. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral service at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Interment will follow in Maplewood Cemetery, Freehold. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in memory of Muriel may be made to the Abiding Memorial Fund, First Baptist Church of Freehold, 81 W. Main St., Freehold, NJ 07728.
