Condolences
I am so sorry to hear about the tragic death. It was a shock to read the news in the paper. I can't begin to understand how you must be feeling. Former of Countyside Landscaping.
To the family, at Rev20: 12,13.I saw the dead ,the great and small, standing before the throne, and scrolls were opened. But another scroll was opened; it is the scroll of life. The dead were judged out of those things written in the scroll according to their deeds. And the sea gave up the dead in it ,and death and the Grave gave up the in them, and they were judged individually according to their deeds.
I am so shocked and saddened to hear this news of Patty. I met Patty years ago at her farm through a mutual friend. I obviously did not know her well but the times that I did speak with her she was absolutely lovely. I had the greatest time at her farm showing me all her honey products. Sending my condolences and prayers. Cathy
I knew Patty way back during our children's Griebling school days. She was always smiling and friendly with a huge welcoming personality. I always enjoyed all these years driving past the Madzin home, seeing the flowering bushes and plants. The house itself is a reflection of Patty's love. Beautiful. I have not seen Patty in years but I remember her with affection. She was actually a first cousin to a lifelong friend of mine. My entire family, especially our son Michael, who was friends with Andrew, was saddened to hear of Patty's tragic demise. May God bless her family and friends with faith and peace as they travel through this difficult time.
May you and all of your family find peace in this difficult time Love Charlotte Clime and Cindi Westendorf
My condolences to the family......
Sincerest Condolence to the Family and closest friends of Patricia Ann Madzin. We are so sorry for your loss. I have known Patricia and sons for over thirty years. My son had many play dates, baseball games etc. soccer games, from grammar school thru High School Graduation and Senior Prom. Patty opened her home for senior prom and we have beautiful photos because of her generosity of time and place. We are your quiet neighbors! Although everyone moved on in life. I would periodically bump into Pat at the grocery store and we would always talk about our families and how they were doing the children and grandchildren. I saw Pat the Wednesday before she passed away. I was with my Grandchildren who loved going to the "Honey Place" she was always so nice helpful and welcoming. Pat was so artistic and I often admired her nativity scene at Christmas and all the beautiful flowers surrounding her home and business. She made the community a beautiful better place. The date she passed is a significant day June 25, because that day is associated with the Blessed Mother and her messages for the world. Bees, Butterflies and flowers especially roses are associated with the Blessed Mother. I believe she is in heaven and she went with our Lady. I will pray for the family for peace and pray with such a sudden untimely loss that their will be something good come of this to you and those you love to those left behind. She will remain forever in your hearts and she therefore forever with you. With love and hope in God's love for us. Sincerely Suzanne DeGrande, DeGrande Family and Ryan Boutote my son

Dear Drew and family, Our deepest and most sincere condolences on the loss of your beautiful Patty. I will remember her with a beaming smile on her face as we congratulated both of you on the birth of your grandson just a couple of weeks ago. I told Patty on numerous occasions what a blessing she was to Pauline and how she treated her as if she was her own Mother. She was a ball of energy, always doing things for someone. God must have had a special place for her in heaven, needing another angel to watch all of you from afar. May you always feel her watching over you. God love all of you. Again, our deepest condolences, Ray & Nancy
Dear Drew & family, I am so, so, sorry for your loss. She was a wonderful sweet woman. I enjoyed talking to her when I saw her. She was very good to my brother as are all of you and I am thankful for that. Please take care....
I first met Patty while waiting to pick up our Kindergarteners at Griebling almost 29 years ago. I fondly remember all the Pop Warner practices and games we attended together, all the PTA meetings and events that we planned and participated in, all the camp programs that we carpooled to and from and all the family get-togethers and parties that we shared. Patty was a warm, friendly, creative, funny and uniquely beautiful woman who once you met, you could never forget. Even though we didn't see each other often in recent years, when we did, it was as if we had just been together and our friendship didn't miss a beat. We would laugh remembering all the fun times we shared with our families. May God bless you and your family with strength, Drew and may you feel Patty's presence always knowing that she will live on in your hearts forever. I will never forget her beautiful smile.
Drew and family, we are so stunned by the loss of Patty. Never will forget how welcomed and personable Patty was when you visited her in the honey shop. Will miss her smiling face. May wonderful memories of Patty help you during this most difficult time. Jill & Chuck Dreyling
God Bless the Family in this time of heart break, I knew Patty when I became best friends with her sister Barbara in the second grade at Bradley Beach, I saw Barbara in November we went with Pat to Mom's for pizza, I asked about the family and how everyone was doing, so when Pat called me with the terrible news, I cried for Barbara and the family,Only the Lord knows why things happen so in time we will understand his ways, love Monica and Kevin
Dear Drew and Family ... I am so sorry to hear about Patty. She was always so welcoming, friendly and helpful whenever I talked to her on the phone or saw her at From the Garden. My heart aches for the sadness of life without her for all of you and for the many people who knew her throughout the years. I am keeping all of you in my thoughts and prayers, and I know the members of Bayberry Garden Club of Brielle are as well. Trish Polunas, President, BGCB
Drew, please accept our deepest thoughts and prayers for your loss. I wish we lived closer so we could visit in person. Patty was a dear friend as well as a cousin and we will miss her greatly. We treasured our visits to your home and you to ours. We will keep you and the boys in our prayers as you go through these troubled times. From her Texas cousin.
Drew, I was shocked and saddened to hear of the tragic loss of Patty. She was a beautiful person whose light shone brightly, but was extinguished far too early. With her kind and compassionate heart she left an indelible mark on all whom she met. The world is a little dimmer, but I hope that you and the family can continue to keep her beauty and light in your hearts and be comforted. You are all in my thoughts and my prayers. Kerry
I send my thoughts and prayers to Patty's family. I was only a customer but she always made me feel like her friend. She will always be The Honey Lady and she always laughed when I said that to her. Truly a tragedy. Heaven is so blessed to have another beautiful angel. I pray for love and strength for her family.
31 years ago, I met this amazing person as we both brought our children to the first day of nursery school. She has been such a wonderful influence as my friend. Jake wrote this to me: "Try your best to remember what Patty did for us. She set the standard of how you love and treat the people around you. It is important to be kind to everyone. I see the same feature in you. Maybe you wouldn't have that feature in you if you never met her. We may not understand why she is no longer with us, but we know there was a reason she lived. She has made every single one of us better people. I's so sad she is gone, but I am also so happy that I was able to know her.
Patty welcomed all of my family with open arms and her home as well. She shared her joy and commitment as a parent and grandparent with all who met her. Her passion, apart from her family's well being - was her honey, and she generously shared that too. While her family is distraught on earth - the angels rejoice in knowing the soul Heaven has gained. She was blessed in spending time with those beautiful incredible children, Emmi, Gio and Nico. May she continue to watch over them from above. Prayers for her family who have a void in their lives with her gone. The Ribaudo Family

Dear Drew: Pam & I are so saddened by your tragic loss. Patty was always with a smile and a kind word for everyone. A bright light has been taken away here but we are sure it has been taken to heaven With our deepest sympathy.
Dear Patty. I know there is a special place in heaven for you. Although we didn't know each other as friends, we did as customer and proprietor. You were a welcoming, smiling face whenever we entered your store. I pray for your beloved family and friends to be able to handle your most tragic and short loss of life. A life here on Earth. I know you are celebrating all of Gods creations up in heaven with St. Francis! Eternal rest grant unto her, oh Lord. And may perpetual light shine upon her. Liz Craig
Absolutely heartbroken and shocked to learn of Patty. Patty and Drew have always been exceptional friends to The Arc and our participants were always treated with such love and generosity. May Patty be in eternal rest and Drew, you are in our prayers and may God ease your sorrow. Much love and sympathy- Sheila Maloney and the staff of The Arc of Monmouth
Dear Drew & Family: I am so sorry for your loss. Patty was a wonderful woman with a beautiful spirit. My faith tells me that she was called home by our Lord for some reason which we cannot fathom in our earthly state. A lovely card that I found many years ago seems so appropriate now. "I think of Heaven as a garden where I shall again see those who made my world." Bill Ditto
Dear Drew and Madzin Family, I once read that, "The Garden is a Mirror of the Heart." and hers truly was. May you rest in peace Patty. Our thoughts and prayers are with you Drew and your Family

I am so sorry for this tragic loss. I only knew Patty a few months but I could tell she was an amazing person. She was always smiling when in walked in the store. We had many conversations about family and, of course, honey and loving a healthy life. I am truly going to miss her. Know that she will be loved and adored in heaven. Deepest sympathies, Lora Kawas
