Mom and I send our sincere condolences to the Tanay and Allen families. The Allens have been important to us for so long in so many ways. Renee was full of light and joy, and uncommon warmth. She will be missed by so many, as are Nancy and Al. May God rest their souls and bring peace to those who loved them. We will hold Craig and family in our thoughts and prayers.

My thoughts and prayers are with the Tanay and Allen families, and all who knew Renee. She was a good friend and confidante for me when we were young and I was going through some turbulent times. She stuck with me when others did not, and was so happy for me when I turned it all around. Years later she became the glue which held the Howell High Class of "72 together, working tirelessly to organize all our reunions. I am truly saddened by her loss, but her beautiful spirit, wonderful ways and zest for life will carry on through all those she touched.
