Obituary of Mary Rotondi

Mary Rotondi, 79, died on Saturday, Jan. 17, 2009 at Fountain View Care Center in Lakewood. Mrs. Rotondi was born in Flushing, Queens and had moved to Howell in 1965 and then to Leisure Knolls in Manchester before returning back to Howell. She was employed at the Shoprite in Freehold, N.J., working in the bakery department for 23 years before retiring at the age of 62. She was predeceased by her husband, Michael Rotondi in 2006. She is survived by her son, Michael Rotondi of Hamilton; her two daughters, Diane Harwood of Howell and Marie DiPasquale of Howell; her three grandchildren and one great-grandson. Visiting at Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Rd. (Route 524), Freehold Township on Tuesday, Jan. 20, 2009 from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Relatives and friends may gather at 8:30 a.m. at the Funeral Home on Wednesday, January 21, 2009 for committal, followed by her 9:30 a.m. Funeral Mass at St. Veronica's Catholic Church, 4215 Route 9 North, Howell. Interment will be private.
