Obituary of Frederick Nagle
Frederick "Fred" J. Nagle, 90, of Howell Township/Farmingdale, passed away at CareOne, Wall on Sunday, October 16, 2011. He was born in Newark, NJ and was a lifelong area resident. Before his retirement in 1992, he was a foreman at Molecule Wire Company, Farmingdale and prior to that he was employed at the A & M Karagheusian Rug Mill, Freehold and Hercules Powder Company, Kingston, NJ. He was a graduate of Freehold Borough High School and was a parishioner of St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church, Farmingdale.
Fred was predeceased by his wife of 36 years, Louise C. in 1992. He was also predeceased by two sisters, Cecilia Flammia and Anne Abbott. Surviving are his brother, John "Jack" Nagle and his wife, Danella of Farmingdale; a brother-in-law, Paul Flammia Sr. of Ocean; his nieces and nephews, Dan and Barbara Nagle, Mike and Tina Nagle, Jeff and Terri Nagle, Paul and Pam Flammia, Robert and Kay Abbott, Debbie and Gary Bertola, Barbara Simonds, Pat and Bill Williams and many great nieces and great nephews.
Visiting at the Clayton & McGirr Funeral Home, 100 Elton-Adelphia Road, (Route 524) Freehold Township, NJ on Friday, October 21, 2011 from 5:00 to 8:00 PM. Friends and relatives are invited to attend his Rite of Committal on Saturday, October 22, 2011 at 8:00 AM at the funeral home followed by his 9:00 AM Funeral Mass at St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Chapel, Main Street, Farmingdale. Burial will follow at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Cemetery, Freehold Township. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in memory of Fred may be made to The St. Vincent de Paul Society at St. Catherine of Siena Church, 31 Asbury Road, Farmingdale, NJ 07727.
